Project Details Stevens Contractors needed a portfolio-brochure and identity material to display their work for both residential homes as well as commercial projects. Think designed separate logos and collateral for both sides of their business as well as incorporated a split design for the portfolio brochure. Special features of the brochure are matte and gloss spot varnishes, metallic ink, and folder pockets with business cards slits on the inside cover. The brochure also demonstrates Think's photography services. Corporate identity materials feature specialty natural papers, die cuts, embossing and 2 spot color printing. The client's logo was printed in reverse on the back of the letterhead so when the viewer holds the piece up, the logo is slightly visible through the sheet, resembling a watermark.
